Dimitrov won with a score of 6:3, 7:6, 1:6, 3:6, 6:3.
“I played pretty well in the first two sets, but for some reason my body started to lose a little rhythm. And it was not going to give up the match. I had to stay patient. What helped me the most today was experience, and you guys?” — Dimitrov said in an interview on the court.
In the quarter-finals, Dimitrov will face the winner of the match between Frances Tiafoe (USA) and Alexey Popyrin (Australia).
