World number two Novak Djokovic will play for the Serbian national team in the Davis Cup World Group First Division match with the Greek team, the competition’s press service reported on social networks.
Dusan Lajovic, Miomir Kecmanovic and Hamad Medjedovic will also play for the Serbian national team. The matches will take place in Belgrade on September 14 and 15.
Djokovic is 37 years old. He is a 24-time Grand Slam singles champion and holds the record for most weeks at No. 1 in the ATP rankings. Earlier in August, the Serb became an Olympic champion for the first time in his career.
