Belarusian world number two Arina Sabalenko qualified for the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) final tournament in Riyadh, reports the WTA press service.
Sabalenka had previously reached the US Open final for the second year in a row. On Saturday, she will face American Jessica Pegula in the final match of the tournament.
Sabalenka became the second tennis player to qualify for the WTA Finals this season, after world leader Iga Szwiatek of Poland.
The WTA Finals tournament will take place from November 2 to 9. Sabalenka will participate for the fourth consecutive time.
