Russian Anna Kalinskaya has moved up to 12th place in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Championship race, an updated version of which has been published on the WTA website.
Kalinskaya reached the third round of the 2024 US Open, where she lost to Brazilian representative Beatrice Haddad-Maya – 3:6, 1:6.
In the race for the WTA Championship, Kalinskaya swapped places with her compatriot Daria Kasatkina and became the leader among Russians.
The first place is retained by the representative of Poland Iga Szwiatek, followed by the winner of the US Open Arina Sabalenko (Belarus) and Elena Rybakina (Kazakhstan).
