Russian tennis player Anna Kalinskaya dropped to 14th place in the race for the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) championship, an updated version of which was published on the WTA website.
Last week, Kalinskaya reached the 1/8 finals of the WTA 1000 tournament in Beijing. Among Russian women, the highest place in the race is occupied by Daria Kasatkina – 10th, Diana Schneider is on the 15th line, Mirra Andreeva moved from 21st to 19th.
The first and second places are respectively retained by the Polish Iga Szwiatek and the Belarusian Arina Sabalenka. Previously, the athletes were assured of participating in the WTA final tournament, which will be held in Riyadh from November 2 to 9.
