This Monday begins the second period for subsidy applications for electricity, allowing families access an economic supplement that allows you to cover part of the electricity bill .

This process follows the first appeal developed last July, through which certain households benefited from a reduction in the payment of their basic consumption.

The period is available from Monday October 7 and will be extended until November 6 at 10:00 a.m.

For its part, ChileAtiende has confirmed that you can also request this service in your offices through the Virtual branch or by calling call center 101 .

The conditions for accessing the grant are :

• That the house is inside the 40% income lower than the population according to the Household Social Register.
• Be up to date with payment of electricity bills .

In the meantime, to finalize the registration, you must have on hand:

• Unique key.
• Electricity company and customer number, which appears on the bill.
• Email and/or telephone number.
