Belarusian tennis player Arina Sabalenko led the race for the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) championship.
An updated version of the seasonal rankings was published on the organization’s website on Monday. Sabalenka, who won the WTA 1000 category tournament in Wuhan (China), ahead of the Polish Iga Szwiatek.
The Russian also gained a place in the championship race. Anna Kalinskaya which now occupies 13th place. Another representative of Russia Daria Kasatkina maintains tenth place.
