— We are in the same club as Yevgeny Kafelnikov. He became an Olympic tennis champion and wanted to repeat this feat in golf. However, none of the world’s great tennis players could achieve this by retiring from their sport, as golf is a completely different story.

Personally, I haven’t played against Kafelnikov, but he is very good, a healthy guy. Once I played for one team and Evgeniy for another. A nice man, a talented golfer and a great tennis player. We also played in the same tournament with hockey player Alexei Kovalev, he is an absolutely wonderful person. When I was playing golf in Thailand, I unexpectedly found myself with tennis player Ivan Lendl. We played 18 holes with him, it was nice,” Dobrovinsky told .
