Yastremska passed the first round of qualification in Madrid

The Ukrainian tennis player in the toughest confrontation broke the fight of American Madison Brengle.

Dayana Yastremskaya started her qualifying performances of the prestigious tennis tournament of the WTA 1000 series in Madrid with success. In the first round, the Ukrainian opponent was the 54th racket of the world and the third seed in the selection – the American Madison Brengle.

After losing the first set of the match, Yastremskaya was able to pull herself together and snatch the victory in the next two. In a three-set duel, which lasted an hour and 52 minutes, the Ukrainian tennis player got a score of 2: 6, 6: 2, 6: 4.
