Last week, Medvedev reached the second round of the tournament in Montreal, Canada.
Russian tennis players Andrei Rublev and Karen Khachanov lost at the same stage. Rublev remained on the 8th row, and Khachanov lost 2 positions (from 28th to 30th place).
Aslan Karatsev dropped out of the Montreal tournament after the first round, but remained 30th.
