Russia’s first racket Daria Kasatkina failed to overcome the first round of the American tournament in Cincinnati.
In the opening match of the tournament, the Russian lost to Amanda Anisimova, representing the United States. Kasatkina lost six games on her serve, while making four breaks.
Last week, Kasatkina also lost to Bianca Andreescu in the first round of the Toronto tournament. Before that, the Russian woman won the title in San Jose.
