Russia’s first racket Daniel Medvedev completed his performance in the ATP Championship Finals, securing one victory in three group matches.
The Russian scored 200 points for his victory over Australian Alex de Minaur and retained fourth place in the men’s Tour rankings. At the end of the Championship Final, the Norwegian could overtake him Casper Ruud and American Taylor Fritz who continue to fight in the tournament.
Medvedev ended the official season and, for the first time since 2017, failed to win a single title in a year. His best achievement of the season was the final of the Australian Open, where Daniil lost to the same Jannik Sinner.
