Athletistic/Tennis. Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev, who was at the epicenter of a scandal at a tournament in Montreal in August, has made it clear that he is extremely negative about crude attacks from bad guys.
Recall that during the match between Daniil and Nick Kyrgios in the 2nd round of the Montreal tournament, one of the fans allowed himself some insulting cries against the Russian tennis player.
– It doesn’t matter after the match, during the tournament, in the street or at home: if someone makes fun of me, I will answer. I went to the guy and said, “What’s your problem? Why do you say that ? You shouldn’t do this. He barely spoke English. The people around him wanted him to apologize. But it does not matter. I will never allow anyone to shout nasty things at me,” Medvedev said in an interview with the French edition of L’Equipe.
– When someone makes fun of me, I don’t allow it, anyone, anywhere. The following wrongdoers have been warned,” Medvedev was quoted as saying by L’Equipe.
