Ukrainian tennis player Ilya Marchenko advanced to the second round of the tournament ATP Challenger Tour in Polish Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

The Ukrainian beat Turk Ergi Kyrkyn in two sets. It took almost two hours for Marchenko to win.

In the course of the meeting, Marchenko completed one ace, while making two double faults, converted 3 out of 8 break points and lost two games on his serve.

The Ukrainian tennis player took revenge on Kyrkyn for the defeat two months ago in the second round of the clay Challenger in Shymkent.

In the second round, the opponent of the Ukrainian will be the sixth seeded Zhang Zhizhen from China.

Recall that in July, Marchenko was defeated in the second round match of the ATP Challenger Tour tournament in Segovia, Spain.
