Athletistic / Tennis Roland Garros organizers disagree with Wimbledon’s stance on Russian and Belarusian players and intend to allow tennis players from these countries to compete in 2022, RMC Sport reports, citing its own source.

The Grand Slam tournament on clay will take place from May 22 to June 6. The organizers of Roland-Garros defend their own position, according to which Russians and Belarusians will be admitted to the tournament in a neutral status.

Recall that previously Russian and Belarusian tennis players were not allowed to participate in Wimbledon due to military events in Ukraine.
