Russian tennis player Daniel Medvedev retained fifth place in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) championship race.
At the Masters series tournament in Cincinnati, Medvedev reached the semifinals, where he lost to the Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas . Winner of the Croatian contest Borna Coric climbed 96 positions and became 22nd.
Andrei Rublev remains in eighth position. Hispanic Rafael Nadal still leading the race, Tsitsipas moved up to second place, Carlos Alcaraz fell to third.
