Ukrainian Lyudmila Kichenok debuts in the top 10 WTA doubles rankings

Svitolina remains the first racket of Ukraine

Ukrainian Ludmila Kichenok for the first time in the top 10 in the WTA doubles rankings.

After winning the final of the WTA 1000 tournament in Cincinnati, paired with Alena Ostapenko, she has risen 7 positions and takes 10th place in the WTA doubles rankings.

Lyudmila Kichenok became the third Ukrainian woman in history to be in the top ten of the world ranking. Previously, a similar achievement was submitted to Elena Tatarkova and Katerina Bondarenko. They were 9th in the ranking.

Elina Svitolina retained her 43rd place in the world classification in singles and leadership in the national ranking.

Angelina Kalinina moved up four places and returned to the top 50, finishing in 49th place. Marta Kostyuk climbs this week to 72nd place (+2). Dayana Yastremska dropped to 86th place (-6).

Recall that this week Yastremskaya and Kalinina will perform in the main draw of the WTA 250 tournament in Cleveland, USA. And Kostyuk will play at the WTA 250 tournament in Canadian Granby.
