In the final match, she won a confident victory in two sets against Belarusian Alexandra Sasnovich, the tournament’s top seed under the 7th number.
For Samsonova, 23, the victory in the WTA tournament was the third of her career and the second this year, the Russian had already won the title in Washington at the beginning of August.
