Krutykh reached the semi-finals of the Challenger in the Czech Republic

Ukrainian tennis player Alexey Krutykh defeated American Nicholas Moreno De Alboran and reached the semifinals of the series tournament ATP Challenger in Prague.

The intense duel lasted almost three hours. The first set was left for the Ukrainian, while the second was won by Moreno.

In the decisive game, the opponents focused on the quality of their own serves. The fight went to a tie-break. From the fourth match-ball, the Ukrainian managed to win the match.

Reaching the semi-finals of the Challenger is the best achievement of the Ukrainian in the season. Previously, he boasted a quarter-final at a tournament in Bratislava in June.

In the next match, Alexei will play with 16-year-old Yakub Menshik from the Czech Republic.
