“I think Corey Gauff and Simona Halep can be winners.
I think Swiatek’s loss in the home tournament, when she lost to Caroline Garcia, really hurt her. At Wimbledon, she was very exhausted, so you could understand her defeat so early. I wouldn’t put her as a favourite,” quotes Tennis Majors Bartoli.
