British tennis player Emma Radukan will continue cooperation with Russian coach Dmitry Tursunov despite being eliminated in the first round of the US Open, according to The Independent.
Radukan and Tursunov have been collaborating on a trial basis since Wimbledon 2022. They will continue to work at the tournament in Portoroz, Slovenia, which takes place from September 12-18.
Radukan, who turns 20 in November, is ranked 11th in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) rankings.
On August 31, last year’s US Open winner Radukan lost to France’s Alize Cornet in straight sets.
