Tennis: Schwartzman qualifies for the second round of the Madrid Masters 1000

The Argentine tennis player successfully made his debut after beating Benoit Paire 6-2, 6-7 (5) and 6-1. Now wait for Grigor Dimitrov.

Diego Schwartzman (15th)thirteenth favorite in the Madrid tournament, passed the second round of the ATP M1000 in Madrid after defeating Frenchman Benoit Paire (62nd) for 6-2, 6-7 (5) and 6-1 after two hours and five minutes of play. Thus he reached 16 victories on the ground.
