Ukrainian continues her performance in Slovenia
Ukrainian tennis player Marta Kostyuk continues to perform in doubles at the tournament in Portorož.
Kostyuk, who plays in tandem with the representative of the Czech Republic Teresa Martincova, reached the semi-finals. In the second round match, Kostyuk and Martintsova dealt with Ekaterina Aleksandrova and Vivian Haizen.
The meeting lasted 1 hour and 32 minutes. In the first set, Martha and Teresa made two breaks, giving up only one of their pitches. In the second game, the Ukrainian-Czech duo managed to put the squeeze on their rivals in a tiebreak.
At the stage of the 1/2 finals of the event in Portoroz, Kostyuk and Martintsova will play with the winners of the match between the first seed pair Andreja Klepach/Laura Siegemund and Harriet Dart/Alexandra Panova.
