The Slovenian Dallas basketball player did what Jordan and LeBron couldn’t.

Luka Doncic continues to show impressive performances at the start of the 2022/23 NBA season. Dallas’ star Slovenian point guard scored 36 points against Brooklyn to help his team win 96-94.

Doncic made 11 of 22 shots from the field and 9 of 12 from free throws in 38 minutes. He also had 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals.

Note that this game was the ninth for the Texas team since the beginning of the regular season, and in all Slovenian basketball players scored 30 or more points.

Neither Michael Jordan nor LeBron James can boast such a feat. Only legendary center Wilt Chamberlain, who scored more than 30 points in 23 games at the start of the 1962/1963 season, has done so. At the same time, it is important to remember that basketball in those days was weaker in terms of defensive actions.
