The Kharkov club ended the meeting with nine players. First, Igor Kurilo earned a second yellow card. And at the very end of the match, goalkeeper Oleg Mozil was sent off.
Obolon surpassed its current rivals in the standings, the Kiev team scored 12 points and rose to 10th place. Metalist 1925 has 11 points and has played one match less.
In the next round, Obolon will host Zorya, and Metalist 1925 will play with Krivbass. Both fights are scheduled for October 20.
