The application of the national team included 25 hockey players, including two debutants – 24-year-old forward of the German Heshtadter Mikhail Guft-Sokolov and 19-year-old forward of the Finnish Lukko Daniil Trakht.
As part of the group stage of the Tamas Sharkozy tournament, Ukraine will play with Italy (November 10) and Slovenia (November 12). Hungary, France and Japan will meet in the second group. On November 13, the final, the match for 3rd place and the match for 5th place will be held.
