Russian attacker “Tampa” Nikita Koucherov did not go to the NHL regular season game against Toronto.
Within the Lightning, Kucherov was replaced by American Conor Sheary, for whom this is the fourth game of the season. On November 29, Kucherov was injured in the match against Nashville (3:2 OT). He missed the second period of that game, but came on the ice in the third period and provided an assist in overtime.
Kucherov has 34 points (12 goals + 22 assists) in 22 regular season games. He ranks seventh on the league’s top scorers list.
