Boguslaev is now under arrest
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky imposed sanctions against the honorary president of the handball club Motor Vyacheslav Boguslayev.
The restrictions include, in particular, a ban on the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine, the termination of the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations.
In October last year, the Security Service of Ukraine detained the president of the Motor Sich company, ex-people’s deputy Vyacheslav Boguslayev. He was declared suspected under two articles of the Criminal Code – collaborative activity and complicity of the Russian Federation.
Recall that Boguslaev is the honorary president of the Motor handball club, and Motor Sich is the main sponsor of the handball club.
The Zaporizhia team reached the 1/8 finals of the European League this season. In the standings of the Second German Bundesliga, Motor takes 17th place.
