Midfielder Manchester City Ilkay Gundogan became the author fastest goal in history FA Cup finals. The midfielder scored the ball in the 13th second of the final match with Manchester United.

The previous record was held by Everton striker Louis Saha, who scored 25 seconds into the 2008/09 FA Cup Final against Chelsea (1-2).
