Fenerbahce Interested in Anthony, Brazilian Set to Stay at Manchester United

The transfer window in Turkey is open until September 13

Fenerbahce shows interest in winger Manchester United Anthony.

It is reported that the Brazilian himself is not eager to move to Turkey and intends to stay at Manchester United. The team’s coach Erik ten Hag also does not want to part with Anthony, since at the end of the transfer window, another winger, Jadon Sancho, left Old Trafford for Chelsea.

Anthony has played just one minute of United’s first three Premier League games (coming on late against Brighton) and is losing out to Alejandro Garnacho for a starting place.

Let us remind you that the transfer window in Turkey will be open until September 13.

Fenerbahce was headed by Jose Mourinho this summer, and the Istanbul club itself is conducting an impressive transfer campaign. Fenerbahce has loaned winger Allan Saint-Maximin from Al-Ittihad, acquired Sevilla forward Youssef En-Nesyri for 18 million euros, and the club has been joined on loan by Fiorentina midfielder Sofiane Amrabat. Milan midfielder Rade Krunic and former Everton and Besiktas forward Cenk Tosun have also arrived as free agents. Today, Fenerbahce also announced the loan of Juventus winger Filip Kostic.

Fenerbahce will play their next match away to Kasimpasa on September 15. Manchester United will play away to Southampton on September 14.
