The Moscow women’s volleyball team defeated the Tatarstan team in the final round of the All-Russian Spartakiad of Summer Sports group stage among the strongest athletes in 2022.
The meeting was held in Moscow and ended with a score of 3-1 (25:27, 25:19, 25:21, 25:11).
The Moscow team took first place in the standings after seven rounds and reached the Spartakiad final. In the decisive phase, the team from Moscow will meet volleyball players from Tatarstan.
In another match, the Kaliningrad region team defeated the Sverdlovsk region team – 3-0 (25:14, 25:16, 27:25).
Athletes from the federal territory “Sirius” and the Kaliningrad team will compete for the bronze medal of the tournament.
The final and the match for third place will take place on August 27 in Moscow.
