In Cheboksary, the All-Russian competitions in children’s and youth athletics among people with injuries of the musculoskeletal system (POMA) have ended. This was reported on the official website of the Russian Paralympic Committee (RPC).
The tournament was held from September 4 to 8, 50 young athletes from 11 subjects from Russia took part in it.
During the two days of competition, the athletes competed for approximately 80 sets of medals in two age categories: 9-11 years old and 12-13 years old. The competition program consisted of running for distances of 100 to 800 meters, long and high jumps, throwing the ball and shot put.
