Reddit user LegendEloc has set a new record for the highest health points reached by Sion, The Undead Juggernaut, in League of Legends, pushing the champion's HP to 1,026,499 in just 60 minutes.
LegendEloc achieved the feat using the game's Practice Tool, meaning players will not encounter a Sion this powerful in ranked matches.
The method
LegendEloc placed a target dummy in front of the Krug pit and repeatedly summoned and cleared the camp for an hour. The method relies on Sion's W passive, which grants him health whenever he kills a unit, and on the Overgrowth rune, which increases base and bonus health by 0.2% every time eight minions die nearby.
The rest of the rune build included Lethal Tempo, Triumph, Alacrity, Coup de Grace, and Demolish. For items, LegendEloc chose Cinderhulk for bonus health and minion-clearing power, along with mostly attack speed items to speed up the clears.
The numbers behind the record
Overgrowth alone granted LegendEloc 880,968 HP, a 604.2% increase. The growth rate accelerated over time, with the run taking 44 minutes to reach half of Sion's eventual maximum HP.
LegendEloc also noted that a champion's health bar turns black once it passes 50,000 HP.
They pointed out that Titanic Hydra would pair well with the method, since its passive alone would deal 10,270 damage to the initial target and 25,702 in a cone, while its active would deal 102,690 damage. Demolish, meanwhile, would deal 308,125 damage, enough to one-shot towers.
