The prize pool for The International 2022 (TI11) Dota 2 esports tournament at 1:55 p.m. Moscow time on October 7 exceeds $13,263,000.
Tournament organizer Valve provided the $1.6 million base. Going forward, the TI11 prize pool is replenished with 25% of each purchase related to the Battle Pass or Tier Packs. In 2022, the Battle Pass is split into two parts, and Valve will stop contributing to the TI11 prize pool when the first part ends on November 2.
Nonetheless, over $6 million was raised within a day of the battle pass launching. This indicates that the 2022 International prize pool could break the all-time high of $40,018,195 (TI10).

Regional qualifiers for TI11 began on September 3. In the Last Chance Qualifiers, 12 teams will battle it out for two spots in the group stage of The International 2022, where the CIS will be represented by NaVi and Virtus.Pro. The matches will take place in Singapore from October 8-12. The main tournament stage begins on October 15.
The final stage of The International 2022 will be split into two stages. From October 20 to 23 will take place the first rounds of the playoffs, from October 29 to 30 will take place the final meetings of the teams having reached the top 4 of the tournament.
