The group stage of the tournament starts on October 15
Last Chance Qualification Completed in Singapore The International 2022. According to the results of today’s matches, two teams from Europe won the last tickets to TI – Team Secretwhich is represented by Ukrainian cybersportsman Roman “Resolut1on” Fominok, and Team Liquid.
The Last Chance Qualifier featured 12 teams from six regions. The Ukrainian team Natus Vincere was defeated in the second round of the lower bracket of the playoffs.
Previously, 18 teams qualified for The International 2022: PSG.LGD (China), OG (Western Europe), beastcoast (South America), Thunder Awaken (South America), Team Spirit (Eastern Europe), BOOM Esports (Southeast Asia) , Team Aster (China), TSM (North America), Tundra Esports (Western Europe), Gaimin Gladiators (Western Europe), Evil Geniuses (North America), Soniqs (North America), Hokori (South America), Entity (Western Europe) ), BetBoom Team (Eastern Europe), Royal Never Give Up (China), Talon Esports (Southeast Asia).

At TI 2022, 20 teams will play, which will be divided into two groups. At the end of the group stage, the two worst teams from each group will leave the tournament, and the rest will play in the playoffs.
The International 2022 will take place in Singapore on October 15-30. Tournament matches will take place in two arenas: Indoor Stadium and Suntec Arena.
The current winner of The International is Team Spirit, who beat PSG.LGD (3:2) in the grand final. Last year the tournament was held in Bucharest.
