Czech eSports team put entire Russian CS:GO roster on transfer list

Czech esports club Entropiq has announced on its official website that it has put the entire Russian CS:GO roster on the transfer list.

Russians Aleksey “NickelBack” Trofimov, Igor “Lesnik” Bezotechesky, Vladislav “Krad” Kravchenko, Nikolay “mir” Bityukov, Dmitry “hooch” Bogdanov (coach) and Aleksey “El1an” Gusev (reserve) have been put up for sale.

Russian players have been playing for Entropiq for 18 months. The club noted that they appreciate his achievements, especially the win at Pinnacle Fall Series 2 and second place at ESEA Premier Season 39.

— Alas, the level of the team has dropped from the original highs, the team is ranked 38th in the world rankings – this is the lowest place since the formation of the team in January 2021.

This year, we did not meet our objectives for various reasons. We especially regret the unsuccessful playoffs for the last two Majors. At the same time, since the beginning of the situation in Ukraine, it has been impossible to achieve trade goals related to our composition from the CIS. For these reasons, we have decided to put the team on the transfer list, – declared Daniel Cloud, CEO of Entropiq.

It should be noted that the team was unable to qualify for two major events of the year (PGL Major Antwerp and the upcoming IEM Major Rio), and visa issues prevented players from participating in some other tournaments .
