On Tuesday, October 18, the group stage of The International Dota 2 tournament ended.
Team Russia and defending champion The International Team Spirit failed to qualify for the top bracket of the playoffs, the team drew twice with Beastcoast (1:1) and Team Aster (1 : 1), having lost the chance to enter the top 4 at the end of the group stage. Team Spirit is represented by Alexander TORONTOTOKYO Khertek, Magomed Collapse Khalilov, Yaroslav Mira Naidenov and Ukrainians Ilya Yatoro Mulyarchuk and Miroslav Miposhka Kolpakov.
Another Russian side BB Team played a draw with TI10 runners-up PSG.LGD (1:1) and entered replays for the right to participate in the bottom bracket of the playoffs. The Russian team lost to the BOOM team and failed to advance to the next stage.
The BB Team is represented by the Russians Nikita Daxak Kuzmin, Denis larl Sigitov, Evgeny Noticed Ignatenko, Vladimir RodjER Nikoghosyan and Akbar SoNNeikO Butaev.
