The legendary esportsman extended the contract with NAVI and urged not to forget about the war in Ukraine
Alexander “s1mple” Kostylev commented on the signing of a new contract with Natus Vincere. The well-known esportsman also thanked the fans and called for help Ukraine.
“Thank you for your trust, time to achieve even more memorable results. Thanks to all the fans for their support and don’t forget to support Ukraine in such a difficult time,” s1mple wrote on Twitter.
s1mple extended his contract with NAVI for three years. Kostylev has been playing for Born to Win since 2016 and together with the team won a number of major tournaments, including the major – PGL Major Stockholm 2021. Also, the Ukrainian was twice recognized as the best player in the world according to HLTV – in 2018 and 2021.
Earlier, NAVI held a charity show match with Oleksandr Zinchenko and Vitaliy Mykolenko, which helped raise more than 794,000 hryvnias. All funds raised will be donated to the Zemlyachki digital project, created to support women who defend Ukraine in the fight against Russian invaders at the front and in the rear.
