Team Aster and Team Liquid have reached the semi-finals of the lower bracket of The International Dota 2 tournament.
PSG.LGD played two games at once, which was considered one of their favorites before the tournament started. The team with four Chinese and one Malaysian in the third round of the lower bracket beat the beastcoast team and then lost to the Chinese team Aster.
Team Liquid picked up two wins on matchday, knocking out both series winners The International OG and Peruvian side Thunder Awaken from the tournament. With OG, the Russian Mikhail Misha Agatov left the tournament.
OG and beastcoast each earned 2.5% of the total prize pool, Thunder Awaken and PSG.LGD earned 3.5% each. The final amount of the prize fund will be formed on October 30. At present, it is equal to 17.4 million dollars.
The lower bracket semi-final between Team Aster and Team Liquid will take place on October 29.
