Monte will play in a CS:GO Major for the first time in history
Ukrainian esports organization Monte went to BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 By CS:GO.
In Group B of the European qualifier, Monte beat ENCE (16:11 – Ancient), Cloud9 (16:9 – Mirage), forZe (16:11 – Anubis, 16:9 – Overpass) and lost to Heroic (12:16 – Mirage, 14:16 – Overpass).
Monte will play in a CS:GO Major for the first time in its history. Earlier, the Ukrainian organization Natus Vincere qualified for BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023. NAVI became the only team in history to play in all CS:GO majors.
Ingredients Monte: Vladimir “Woro2k” Veletnyuk, Mohammed “BOROS” Malkhas, Sergey “DemQQ” Demchenko, Shimon “kRaSnaL” Mrozhek, Viktor “sdy” Orudzhev. Coach – Sergey “lmbt” Bezhanov.
Recall that the tournament in Paris will be the last CS:GO Major. Counter-Strike 2 is expected to be released in the summer of 2023.
A total of 24 teams will compete at the Major in Paris. The prize fund of BLAST.tv Paris Major is $1,250,000. The tournament in the capital of France will be held from May 8 to May 21.
