Russian tennis player Daniel Medvedev became a co-owner of the M80 esports team, reports the press service of the American organization.
M80 includes teams for Counter‑Strike 2, Valorant, Rocket League and Rainbow Six Siege.
“We are pleased to announce that Daniil Medvedev, world tennis star and current world number 3, has joined the M80 ownership group. As we continue to build a world-class esports organization, Daniil joining M80 strengthens our vision,” the press release said.
The former world number one is the winner of the 2021 US Open.
