The Ukrainian team took second place at the European CS:GO Championship

In the final, the blue-yellows lost to the representatives of North Macedonia

Team of Ukraine was defeated in final European Championship on CS:GO. In the decisive match of the tournament, the blue-yellows lost to North Macedonia – 1:2.

The Ukrainians turned out to be stronger than the rival on the Dust II map (16:5), but lost on Mirage (5:16) and Vertigo (13:16).

For the second place in the European Championship, Ukraine earned 8 thousand dollars. North Macedonia received 10 thousand and a ticket to the world championship – IESF World Esports Championship 2022, which will be held in Bali at the end of the year.

Ukraine was represented at the European Championships by former Akuma team members Sergiy “Sergiz” Atamanchuk, Sergiy “DemQQ” Demchenko, Dmitry “SENSEi” Shvorak, Evgeniy “j3kie” Sergachev and Oleksandr “Psycho” Zlobin.

The European CS:GO Championship was held from July 6 to 10 in the Romanian Orada in a LAN format.
