Team Spirit completed their performance at the Dota 2 The International 2024 tournament, which is taking place in Copenhagen.
Team Spirit, which includes players from Russia and Ukraine, failed to reach the third round of the lower bracket, losing to China’s Xtreme Gaming – 1:2. Team Spirit was represented by Denis Larl Sigitov, Magomed Collapse Khalilov, Yaroslav Miposhka Naydenov (all from Russia), Ilya Raddan Mulyarchuk and Miroslav Mira Kolpakov (both from Ukraine). The Dragons took 9th to 12th place, for which they will receive 2% of the final prize pool, which currently stands at $2.5 million.
Team BetBoom continues to participate in the tournament with four Russian players; the team will play against Team Falcons in the third round of the lower bracket.
Team Spirit are two-time champions of The International, having won the tournament in 2021 and 2023.
